Thomas Noble

After receiving a BA in Economics from Washington University (St. Louis) in 1971, and a seven-year sojourn in the family business, I became a licensed attorney in the State of Texas in 1980, emphasizing family law and estate planning. In 1989, I added to the services I offered by becoming a Certified Financial Planner. In 1991, I became an Attorney-Mediator and later mediated over 400 cases. Developing a passion for keeping my clients out of court, I made an extensive study of negotiation theory and developed “negotiation study groups” through the Dallas Bar Association to teach lawyers to become better negotiators. Most of the study groups went on for approximately five years. In 2018, I presented an Advanced Negotiation Workshop to the Dallas Bar, which is available on YouTube.

Along with my practical experience as an Attorney, I have published four e-books to assist my clients: Anticipating Divorce, Mastering Negotiation, Basic Estate Planning, and Living from the Inside Out. I have been a frequent speaker, having done five years of training in Toastmasters during the early 90s. I am a 30-year Member of the Texas Bar College.

I am no longer actively representing people in litigation. I continue to consult with and coach people about family law litigation; and, assist people with their estate planning. Please call me if you believe I can help: no charge for an initial consultation.
